To organize and supervise a High School All-Star Football Game. To create and foster a spirit of service among the peoples within the communities of District 4-C1 by raising funds that will serve the needs of

the District 4-C1 Health Foundation and the Camp for Kids with Diabetes at Lake McCumber.
